Terms of engagement

VOSEL TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. (hereinafter, VOSEL), is an online service for managing different aspects of a business. These terms and conditions set out the rights and obligations of the user and of VOSEL as service provider. VOSEL assumes that any user who uses the service has read and accepted the conditions of use, and VOSEL reserves the right to update and modify the Conditions of Use without prior notice, which will always be available on the website www.voseltech.com. VOSEL, with Tax Identification Number B42938415 and registered address at Calle Zurbano 45, 28010 Madrid, registered in the Companies Register of Madrid, Volume 41424, Folio 20, Section 8, Page M734091, 1st inscription, provides the VOSEL Website and its related services in accordance with the terms set out below. This agreement shall be effective as of the date on which you check the acceptance of this agreement box at the bottom of this document. Any new features that may be added to the Services shall be subject to the Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your agreement to such changes. The most recent version of the Terms of Use will always be available at https://www.voseltech.com/. Failure to comply with any of the Terms of Use may result in termination of your account.

Account conditions

You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to access the Service. You must provide a full legal name, an email address, and all information required by VOSEL in the account creation process. It is the user’s responsibility to provide truthful information, and VOSEL reserves the right to delete any account if it is suspected of being untruthful or may violate any of VOSEL’s rules of use. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account. VOSEL shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may result from the user’s failure to protect his or her login information. The parties agree to legally equate the customer’s autographic signature to that made by means of any other type of password, code or identifying security element. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Service Provider may require written confirmation from the Customer when it deems it necessary.

Types of contract

The contracting of a VOSEL payment plan begins when the user enters the card details and makes a first payment. In no case will there be any credits or refunds. The limits of each tariff are specified in the pricing section of voseltech.com/prices. If the user exceeds any of the limits of his tariff, he will have to increase the fee. VOSEL reserves the right to modify the tariffs unilaterally and at any time, without granting any right to compensation from the users.

Payment and access

A valid bank card is required for payment. It is not necessary to create or use a free account. VOSEL will periodically charge you a recurring fee depending on the type of account you have contracted. The Service is charged each period in advance and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of the Service, nor will there be refunds in the event that the user does not use the Service during the period of time the account is open. No exceptions will be made in any case. The customer agrees that it shall not be necessary to confirm receipt of acceptance of the contract when it has been concluded exclusively by electronic communication. In the event that the user charges the account level for his volume of documents, his card will not be debited with the new amount until the next billing date. From now on, the next billing will be charged to your card for the new amount, unless the account is cancelled. In the event of non-payment or return of the bill, you will be notified of the default and will automatically lose the ability to access the Service. Data will be deleted within thirty (30) days of the date of default. No fees include any taxes or duties required by your governmental authorities. You are responsible for payment of any such taxes or duties. You decide who has the right to enter your account in the role you deem appropriate.

Modifications to the service and plans

VOSEL reserves the right to modify or suspend, temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time and for any reason with or without notice as it sees fit. VOSEL reserves the right to change monthly fees with 15 days notice. Notice of fee changes will be posted on the VOSEL website and in writing.

Cancellation and termination

You are responsible for the proper termination of your account. You can cancel your account at any time via the profile menu. Once your account is cancelled, all your content will be deleted after thirty (30) days. You may cancel your account at any time, but you will be responsible for all charges incurred up to that point, including the full monthly charge for the month in which you discontinue service. Thereafter, you will not be charged. VOSEL reserves the right to terminate an account or prevent the use of the Software by those who do not comply with these terms of use.

Copyright and intellectual property rights

VOSEL owns all Intellectual Property rights in any and all protectable components of the Service, including but not limited to the name of the Service, artwork, all software associated with the Service and the user interface elements contained in the Service, many of the individual features and related documentation. The user agrees not to copy, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any facet of the Service that VOSEL owns. The user also agrees and undertakes not to use robots, spiders, other automated devices, or manual processes to monitor or copy any content of the Service. VOSEL shall not claim any rights to the Intellectual Property of the Content that the user uploads or provides to the Service. However, by using the Service to submit content, the user accepts that third parties may view and share this content submitted by the user.

General terms and conditions

The user is fully responsible for the access and correct use of VOSEL in accordance with current legislation, whether national or international, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, good customs and public order. Specifically, the user undertakes to diligently observe these General Conditions of Use. The user agrees not to resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the express written consent of VOSEL. The user may not use the Service to store, host, or send harmful or unsolicited e-mail (spam). You understand that the Service may be used for the transmission of your Content, and that during this process, your Content, including invoices, payment notices, and personal messages, may be transferred unencrypted over the Internet. You may not use the service to transmit any viruses, worms, or any other malicious or harmful content. VOSEL makes no warranties regarding your ability to use the Service, your satisfaction with the Service, that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, and error-free, the accuracy of mathematical calculations performed by the Service, and the correctness of Service errors. Neither VOSEL, nor its partners, nor its sponsors are liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages of any kind arising out of or in any way connected with the user’s use of the Service. You may only remedy your dissatisfaction with the Service by discontinuing use of the Service and terminating your account. If any of the terms and conditions described herein are invalidated or unenforceable, the enforceability of any of the remaining terms and conditions shall in no way be affected. Any questions regarding the Terms of Use should be directed to VOSEL technical support: hello@voseltech.com The Terms of Use establish an absolute understanding between you and VOSEL with respect to the Service and supersede any prior agreements reached between you and VOSEL. The Terms, and your relationship with VOSEL under these Terms, shall be governed by the laws of Spain. You and VOSEL agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid to resolve any legal matter relating to the Terms.

Security and privacy

VOSEL is duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, thus complying with current legislation on confidentiality and security of confidential data. The data that users enter on VOSEL is hosted on Google servers in the European Union, thus guaranteeing both the regulations on data hosting and the highest levels of security and accessibility on the market. VOSEL and its employees have access to the account data in order to be able to improve the service as well as to offer a good support service. All VOSEL employees and partners have signed a confidentiality agreement in compliance with privacy regulations including GDPR.

Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: If at any time during the first 30 days of using VOSEL you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us at soporte@voseltech.com. We will do our best to find a solution to your needs, and if this is not possible, we will refund your money. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase. Annual Subscriptions: VOSEL does not require an annual subscription. We prefer you to have a choice. In return for taking out an annual subscription and as a thank you for your commitment, we offer a significant discount on our already very competitive rates. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of signing up for your annual subscription, please contact us at soporte@voseltech.com. We will do our best to find a solution to your needs, and if this is not possible, we will refund your money. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase, and convert your account to the free plan. Exception to our refund policy: We will not accept refund requests from users whose service has been suspended or terminated by us for non-compliance with our terms and conditions.
